Lotus Asset Management Assessments
Lotus Asset Management Division provides clients with comprehensive assessments of their current asset management practices against recognized current best practice. In simple terms this can be compared to a health checkup similar to what you would take with your own medical doctor. The MD will measure your blood pressure, cholesterol and other key areas and compare them to the ideal for your age, weight and other attributes. Similarly the Lotus Asset Management Division will measure your asset management function over key performance areas to determine its current state in relation to best practices.
Once complete our team of professional engineers will provide a detailed report of the current situation that will help you to set goals. Using our experience and expertise we can work with you to achieve the goals set out and improve performance. Lotus Asset Management division use South African company Pragma’s maturity growth model known as AMiP (Asset Management Improvement Program). AMiP is concerned with all key issues pertaining to the operation and care of physical assets. This means complete oversight of the life of an asset to achieve optimum life cycle cost with the maximum availability, performance efficiency and highest quality.
