LotusWorks announces Outage Management a new Operations and Maintenance service that utilizes our core competencies of Construction Management and Operations and Maintenance. LotusWorks Outage Management service will include:
- Scope definition and work breakdown
- Schedule development and management
- Spare parts, capital replacements or additions, procurement expediting/ receiving
- Infrastructure planning and management
- Contractor or specialty service provider bid packages, evaluation, selection, and agreement/P.O. issuance
