LotusTS, Facilities Management division have been supporting The Ronald McDonald House for the last number of years by providing a free general electrical, maintenance and emergency electrical call out service. These services are provided on an as needed basis whenever The House needs general electrical and maintenance work carried out. Gavin O’Brien of LotusTS Facilities Management division is the representative from the company who provides the Service. LotusTS will be exhibiting at the ISPE seminar and trade fair which is taking place in the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Blanchardstown on Thursday 18th April. The theme of the event is entitled “Recognising the capability of Irish indigenous Life Science companies, their vision, drivers, challenges and successes”, there will be presentation from some Irish indigenous life science companies as well as speakers from well-known pharmaceutical multinationals.

LotusWorks this week supported 'Engineers week' by hosting second year pupils from Sligo's Summerhill College at their offices in Marino House, Finisklin Business Park, Sligo.
The event entitled 'Embracing Engineering' consisted of students participating in three team challenges which took place over a three hour period.

InterTradeIreland, the agency responsible for fostering cross border trade, investment and innovation North and South announced that it has selected Lotus Technical Services, as a project exemplar as a direct result of its participation in its FUSION programme.
Lotus Technical Services developed a software tool for calibration that enables companies to access their data and calibration certificates and histories via a secure customer login. This software has allowed Lotus Technical Services develop new market opportunities in Europe as a result.

07.01.2013 Lotus Calibration Laboratory Secures European Calibration Contract for Test Equipment
Leading process and laboratory calibration service provider, Lotus Technical Services, has announced it recently secured a major calibration contract to service an international client across 10 European countries.
The contract will see the Sligo based calibration laboratory manage the calibration of test equipment used by field engineers across Europe.
Their test equipment will now be calibrated at Lotus’ ISO/IEC 17025:2005 accredited calibration laboratory based in Sligo. Lotus will manage and co- ordinate a calibration maintenance program for all test equipment used by these European based Engineers.
