This results in incremental initiatives and innovations that help our teams and our clients to achieve best practice. The formal Continuous Improvement Programme is deployed for our key clients. CI’s are presented and if agreed by our clients they are adopted. On average our clients are adopting LotusWorks enabled improvements of approx €300k/quarter.
Our full-time Continuous Improvement Specialist is Matthew Bylica. Matthew is responsible for and manages LotusWorks' Continuous Improvement Programme.

We encourage LotusWorkers to get involved in philanthropic work and provide opportunities to do so on a regular basis.
The safety of our people and that of our client’s is our top priority. Through training, education and continuous monitoring, we work hard to ensure an injury free work environment. Our EHSQ department engages with employees on client sites to promote a safe place to work. This department is responsible for the deployment of the company-wide EHS 'Good Catch' Programme. The 'Good Catch' Programme targets positive behaviours that address unsafe acts and unsafe conditions. It’s a simple programme operated by the staff and monitored by LotusWorks Senior Management. We have local rewards for good behaviours on a monthly basis and we adopt an educational approach to bad behaviours. This 'Good Catch' Programme is also deployed on all clients' sites.
