LotusWorks is proud to announce that the company has been certified as a Great Place to Work for the fifth time, following thorough and independent analysis conducted by Great Place to Work® Institute Ireland. The Certification process is based on direct feedback from employees, provided as part of an extensive and anonymous survey about the workplace experience.
The company has cemented its position as an employee-centric organisation having been recognised as a Great Place to work since 2017. Taking feedback on board and constantly developing innovative ways to ensure their staff is at the forefront of LotusWorks' vision is something the company has worked hard to achieve says HR Director, Mark Butler:

Like many companies adjusting to working life during the pandemic, LotusWorks teams were faced with many changes in manufacturing and mission-critical facilities along with employees working remotely however for LotusWorks, employee engagement remains a key ingredient for success says Mark:
