Much of Tom’s time is spent building and progressing relationships with decision makers in the Bio-Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, ICT & Advanced Technology sectors. Tom’s strengths rest in his ability to prioritize and communicate business objectives necessary to achieve LotusWorks goals, he is entrepreneurial, flexible, and has an innovative approach to operational management. James is President Operations Director, at the company’s offices in Medford, MA. He is an Instrument and Controls Technician, educated in Ireland and moved to the U.S. with LotusWorks in 2000. He is responsible for overseeing the complete operation of the LotusWorks organization in the United States & Israel. James has extensive knowledge on the competitive landscape, customers, markets, new industry developments and standards within the Semiconductor and Bio-Pharmaceutical sectors. James has been influential in building strong, long lasting relationships with customers maintaining growth in the markets he is managing.

Gerard is Financial Director at LotusWorks, a Chartered Accountant and holds a BA degree in Economics & Statistics and has completed a Masters in Economics. He is a commercial and strategic business contributor with hands on experience driving change and implementing improvements to the finance function and joined the company in 2003. He holds responsibility for the creation and presentation of reliable and detailed financial information and metrics to the LotusWorks Management team and drives efficiencies across the business, creating new reporting and metrics as the business expands. Gerard assists in the creation and implementation of detailed budgets and the long term strategy and plan for the business. He is responsible for the funding and corporate governance of LotusWorks strategic growth initiatives and builds and manages key relationships with external stakeholders including audit, tax and legal.
Mark Butler is HR Director with LotusWorks and strives to enhance the employee experience of working with LotusWorks which in turn supports customer operations as it is a key objective for the Company. Mark is committed to our LotusWorkers and has focused on developing the organisations employee engagement and talent capability development practices which has resulted in our consistency to provide high performing teams who integrate seamlessly into our Client operations. Pat is Commissioning Manager in the LotusWorks U.S. Operations. Educated in Ireland, he moved to the US with LotusWorks in 2010. Pat has extensive knowledge in his field and is a Certified Commissioning Professional, accredited by the Building Commissioning Certification Board. Pat has managed the commissioning program for a high volume manufacturing start-up facility and executed to LEED Enhanced Commissioning and additional LEED credits. His main goal is to develop and execute the most advanced, comprehensive and efficient commissioning programs for prospective and existing LotusWorks clients. Pat's experience has involved detailed proactive measures to ensure the Health and Safety of his teams, and also the safety of 2000+ workers on major projects in the past. He has extensive experience in the semi-conductor, bio-pharma and medical device industry sectors. Pat is responsible for building strong relationships with key clients and supporting the organizations vision and strategic goals.

Chad Montoya joined the LotusWorks team in 2011. He started his career as an Electrical Apprentice over 24 years ago at a semiconductor facility in the Western United States. His primary role now is as Business Development Manager with LotusWorks. He specializes in cultivating relationships and meeting with potential clients within the company's target industries in the U.S. Chad works directly with new clients’ to build a specialized team to meet their Commissioning, Construction Management and Operations support needs.
